MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION Form
Please complete the form below to request your membership suspension.
Please be aware that we cannot back date membership suspensions, and we require at least one business day’s notice in advance.
Suspensions cannot be actioned to commence the day of the request – your suspension will be actioned the next business day after your request has been submitted (e.g. if your request is submitted on a Friday evening, the suspension will be actioned on the Monday).
If you require your payment to come out on a specific day of the week (i.e. Thursdays) and your payment currently gets deducted that day, then your suspension must be in whole week increments (eg. 7 days, 14 days, 21 days etc).
Minimum suspension time is 7 days. Maximum suspension time is 28 days. Once you reach 28 days of suspension in one calendar year, your membership will simply continue whilst you are away.
Please note: you will receive a confirmation email once your suspension has been actioned in our system – if you do not receive this confirmation, please reach out to us to confirm your suspension.
