Please complete the form below to request your membership suspension.
Please note that we cannot back date membership suspensions, and we require at least one business day’s notice in advance.
Suspensions cannot be actioned to commence the day of the request – your suspension will be actioned the next business day after your request has been submitted (e.g. if your request is submitted on a Friday evening, the suspension will be actioned on the Monday).
Take note that if you require your payment to come out on a specific day of the week (i.e. Thursdays) and your payment currently gets deducted that day, then your suspension must be in whole week increments (eg. 7 days, 14 days, 21 days etc).
Minimum suspension time is 7 days. There is no maximum suspension, however you are required to pay a $5/week admin fee for any additional time beyond 8 weeks per calendar year. This fee will be payable when the suspension commences.
Please note: you will receive a confirmation email once your suspension has been actioned in our system – if you do not receive this confirmation, please reach out to us to confirm your suspension.
